Last year in August I hit my highest weight ever... My trainer had moved out of the country and I wasn't motivated to get up and do anything on my own. I was scrolling on Facebook and saw my future "Keto Kween" looking absolutely stunning and decided to inquire about her new diet.
A week later I started the Keto Meal prep life! Best thing I have done in a while! These meals were a life saver for me. Since I work long hours, coming home and heating a wonderfully seasoned meal was the icing on the cake.
Stephanie's meals have literally psyched me out - I forgot I was actually "dieting". I've never eaten cauliflower but with her program, not only was I eating it, I was enjoying it in place of rice or potatoes. She has a way with seasoning meats to where they're perfectly flavorful and tender.
What's best is that she lays everything out with direction. In my first week alone with the meals, little to no working out, and her support, I was down 9 pounds! Seeing that on the scale motivated me to do it another week... and then another!
I told her that I wanted to fit my Medium shirts comfortably and she made sure I did. I liked the way my body looked in all my favorite clothes that I thought didn't fit anymore! She is a lifesaver!!!
Medical Biller, NYC
This is Sonia. Sonia is a mother, sister, wife, and everything in between. For MANY years, Sonia's forefront and focus has been her family. Whether it be lending support to her three boys or her nieces and nephews and Mom, Sonia has spent a majority of her life giving her love and support to others.
So when Sonia approached me back in September about looking to change her life, I knew that this was finally the time that she was going to willingly take for herself. We started a meal plan on September 28th, and in just SEVEN WEEKS (yes, you read that right), Sonia put in the work to shed over TEN POUNDS! This was no easy feat considering that she suffers from orthopedic injuries that forced our workouts to be extremely low-impact.
She enjoyed pizza, wine, numerous pasta dishes, deliciously hearty soups and stews, and even earned herself a cheat meal where she went all out. But probably my favorite part of her journey is the fact that we've worked to stabilize her hypertension, alleviate the aches and pains to her joints, and restored her energy and vitality that she was so yearning for.
This is Pedro. Pedro first approached me months ago when I was still partaking on this journey to inquire about how he could change his lifestyle and eating habits. If any of you know Pedro, you know that that man is BUSY. So cooking and tending to himself came last on the list of priorities. We were able to get him to almost goal weight just before the pandemic.
And then the pandemic happened and we had a bit of a relapse. He could’ve quit, he could’ve stopped, but he didn’t. We finally reconnected on July 13th and in just two months he’s already lost 20+ pounds!
